It’s also the perfect starting point for exploring the region’s valleys and discovering the natural wonders of the Aosta Valley in every season. All major services are close by: a pharmacy on the ground floor, the Regional Hospital 200 meters away, a green area 5 minutes on foot, and both the train and bus stations about 10 minutes away. If you’re traveling by car, the area offers several parking options. Free parking is available on nearby Via De La Pierre, Via Grand Tournalin, and Via Zimmermann. Alternatively, you can use the paid parking on Viale della Pace or the Parini Hospital Covered Parking, open 24/7 all year. Please check local signs for street cleaning days. To improve the building’s energy efficiency and comfort, external renovation work is currently underway. These works do not affect the apartment interior and may only be visible from outside.
